Sealed Bids for the construction of the Downtown Streetscape Improvements Project – Phase 2 / W. Main Street: Union Street to Broad Street will be received by City of Salem. The work of the Project generally consists of demolition and removal of existing concrete and paver sidewalks and other related site and electrical components, constructing new paver sidewalks with subgrade/sub-base improvements, concrete curb, aggregate base course and asphalt pavement, striping, new/replaced storm drainage, incidental adjustments to water appurtenances, new fire hydrant, site lighting and other related electrical components, landscaping, and other streetscape site features and furnishings, all as shown on the project drawings. Questions due by 12:00 p.m. on May 24, 2022. Bonds required.
