For the improvement of certain sections of State Highway In Cameron County, Shippen Township, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State Route 4004 Section A03. The project is situated as follows: On State Route 4004 from Segment 0066 Offset 0000 to Segment 0066 Offset 0052. Also on State Route 4004 from Segment 0080 Offset 0000 to Segment 0080 Offset 0129 and on Township Road T-363 from Sta 23+50 to Sta 28+71. The total construction length is approximately 538 feet (0.10 miles). For the removal of the existing structure and construction of it's replacement, a Single-Span Comp. P/S Concrete Spread Box Beam Bridge. Traffic control to be by a temporary bridge and roadway. Construction includes Superpave Asphalt Mixture Designs for the base, binder, and wearing courses, piping, guide rail, and miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package. DBE goal 3%. Prequalification required.
