It is anticipated that the scope proposal submission will include, at a minimum, the following: Horizontal boring using dry auger boring techniques are required on utility installations that cross under roads, highways, railroads, and other areas. The use of water under pressure or jetting will not be permitted to facilitate boring, pushing or jacking operations. Some boring may require water to lubricate cutter and pipe, and under such conditions, is still considered dry boring. It is the intention of the City of Denton to award a contract for a three (3) year period. Question Cutoff Date: 4/30/2021 02:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
