Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the project known as Dry Creek Road Repairs, DPW Project NO. 17-19C, according to drawings and specifications prepared by the City of El Paso de Robles and according to the Contract Documents. The work shall include but is not limited to, demolition and removal of existing road surface, lowering and raising of utilities, installing conduits and manholes, full depth reclamation of existing pavement, grading of shoulder swales, drainage pipelines and striping, and installation of new flushed curbs and gutters, all as shown on the plans and/or as specified herein.
