Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, insurance and personnel to: provide the DSH with Pest and Vector Control Services to exterminate and/or control invertebrate pests or vertebrate pests in various locations of the facility on a monthly, quarterly and as needed basis. This is to include but not be limited to, the removal of flying insect nests such as bees, wasps, etc. on an as needed basis. This is to include but not to be limited to, the cleanup and disposal of all feces and carcasses associated with pests, rodents, and birds. Term is one year. Questions due 5/16/22. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
