D. Lead Paint containment and removal services include, but are not limited to: i. Inclusion of all critical barriers to fully protect staff until it is demonstrated that the contaminant concentrations are below permissible exposure level. ii. Contracting with an independent industrial hygiene company to provide lead contamination clearance surveys prior to the removal of critical contamination prevention barriers. iii. Disposal of all generated material whether classed as construction debris or hazardous waste. All material classed as hazardous shall be contained and placed into proper disposal bins until transported to an appropriate hazardous disposal site (i.e., Designated Facility). Uncontaminated construction debris shall be separated and disposed of at a sanitary landfill. Term is two years. Questions due 6/6/22 Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
