Project consists of work that is generally described as follows (collectively, Work): 1. Install a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner in an existing building drain line located in the basement tunnels, including cleaning and inspection of the main lines, laterals, and constructing necessary access pits. 2. Remove and replace the existing drain lateral and floor drains. 3. Remove existing drain cover grates and strainer baskets and replace with fabricated drain covers. 4. Installation of new drain cleanouts and sump manholes. 5. Remove and replace the existing cleanout covers. 6. Remove and replace the existing drain mud valves. 7. Extend an existing trench drain. 8. Perform final CCTV inspection and leak testing of completed Work. At Owner’s election, the Work will also include Contractor: 1. Installing a CIPP liner in two drain laterals connected to the Ferric Chloride Chemical Containment Area, 2. Replacing drain line laterals that are video inspected as part of the Work, but found to be in disrepair. Replacement shall be completed per Drawing Details 1/C005, 3/C005, and 1/S001.
