The City of North Salt Lake City is inviting bids for all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the above described project as included in the Contract Documents; consisting of the following items of work: Site demolition including demolition of three tennis courts with a tent structure and post tensioned concrete, construction of an earthen buttress (approximately 7,500 excavation for the toe key and 53,000 fill material for the buttress), 4,500 lineal feet of subhorizontal drains for underground water collection, site grading, storm drain pipe and manhole installation, erosion and sediment control work, and other miscellaneous work needed to complete the project; all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
