Public notice is hereby given n that sealed bids shall be received by the Board of Education, Monroe Woodbury Central School District, for the Proposed Earthen Ramp at Monroe-Woodbury High School. All laborers, workers and mechanics working on the site of this project must be certified as having successfully completed the OSHA 10-hour construction safety and health course. No bidder shall withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the formal bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informality in any proposals, or to reject any or all proposals and to advertise for new proposals.
