This project consists of improvements to East Main Street between North Goodman Street and Culver Road. The scope of the work consists of the full depth reconstruction of East Main Street between North Goodman Street and Culver Road. This includes water main, drainage structures, curb, pavement, sidewalk, signals, lighting, signing, marking, landscaping, and other streetscape enhancements. Bond required.
