Meet at the Port Administration Building, 2201 W. Washington Street, Stockton, CA

The project consists of the replacement of an existing concrete-lined stormwater channel with a vegetated retention pond. The retention pond will contain several bays, some for water retention and others for wetland habitat. These bay promote sedimentation and infiltration, natural water treatment, and marsh habitat. The Contractor shall partner with the California Conservation Corps (CCC) for labor to meet the requirements of the grant agreement as specified by the State of California Natural Resources Agency Urban Rivers Grant Program. The Contractor shall propose a component of the work, such as planting, for the CCC to assist in during construction. Work shall be finally completed by November 15, 2020. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
