To ensure that Chesapeake Public Schools remains in compliance, vendors may not show up to the site visit without first receiving confirmation from Michele Zimbro that they have been scheduled to attend. Safety guidelines related to COVID-19 will be enforced.
The work primarily consists of, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of the existing roofing, exterior soffit replacement, sealants, downspouts, and the related coordination and scheduling of the roof replacement process. The roof system will be covered by a 20-year no dollar limit labor and material warranty with a maintenance agreement. Bonds required.
