To perform Scheduled Quarterly preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) on thirteen (13) electric and two (2) manual security gate operators and gates. Service Provider shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform PM and CM work at both the Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach facilities. See attached for detailed requirements. Prospective Bidders are required to put all questions, clarifications or comments in writing and submit online via the Q&A process for this Bid at OC San's BidsOnline System no later than 2:00 PM on Sept 23rd. Project duration is 1 year plus four 1-year renewal options. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
