Contractors are invited to submit a proposal to furnish all labor and equipment to preform tree & brush cutting removal services as specified in Exhibit “A” for the City of Covington. The contract shall be in effect for twelve (12) months with the option to renew for three (3) additional calendar years upon mutual agreement of both parties. Either party may terminate this contract with thirty days’ notice without cause and without further obligation except for payment due for services prior to date of such termination. All questions should be directed to the Owner.
