Denton County Transportation Authority, TX (DCTA) solicits bids for Janitorial Services for Administration Building in accordance with the specifications set forth in the attached. DCTA intends to enter into an agreement with qualified Bidder(s) to provide commercial janitorial services in accordance with the specifications. Bidder shall state a flat monthly rate to perform the services as outlined in the specifications to include all services, supplies, and labor. Contract duration is 5 years with 2 annual renewals. Questions are due in writing no later than 10:00 AM on June 24th and should be submitted via the on-line bidding site used for this project. See attached.
