The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements: Construction of an elevated water storage tank, water treatment building and other miscellaneous appurtenances as shown on the plans or specified in the contract documents. Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Ochlocknee, Georgia, for furnishing all materials, labor, tools,equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the construction of a 200,000 Gallon Elevated Water Tank and Water Treatment Building in Ochlocknee,Georgia. Time of completion for all work associated with this project shall be 180 consecutive calendar days from the date of a written "Notice to Proceed" from Owner.
