The Contractor shall provide Preventative Maintenance Services (Including Inspection, Lubrication, Testing, Adjusting, Cleaning, Repairing and Replacing of Items) and Emergency Repair Services for two Hydraulic Elevators located in Prince George’s County in the Laurel Shop at the Maryland State Highway Administration. The duration/ term of the Contract will be Forty-Eight (48) calendar months starting from the date of Notice to Proceed. Questions due 5 days prior to bid date.
