The work to be performed by the Elevator Maintenance contractor in accordance with the specifications provided in the contract documents shall consist in general of furnishing all material, labor, supervision, tools, supplies, and other expenses necessary to provide full elevator maintenance services, and repairs of every description, including general and safety inspections, adjustments, tests, and replacement of parts as specified for the elevator equipment outlined in the contract documents. Elevators to be maintained are located on the SUNY New Paltz campus. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
