Hillsborough County Public Schools, Florida (HCPS) is seeking proposals from: qualified Contractor(s) to provide full-service preventive maintenance and repairs for elevators, chair lifts and dumbwaiters listed on Attachment A. The work to be done under this contract includes, but is not limited to; providing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the work in accordance with the 2020 Florida Statutes Chapter 399 Elevator Safety and the 2020 Florida Building Code Chapter 30 Elevators and Conveying Systems as well as specifications contained herein. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
