The work is generally described as follows: grading, paving, and striping of a parking lot addition within Elm Creek Park. An additive alternate will, if awarded, involve milling and overlaying the existing parking lot. The construction contract time for this project is ninety (90) calendar days until substantial completion, and the time is one hundred (100) calendar days in which to be completed and ready for final payment.
