Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is requesting bids for an emergency project to replace high-density polyethylene black pond liner on three separate one-acre saltwater fish grow-out ponds at Sea Center Texas, Lake Jackson, Texas. This project has been declared an emergency. Due to the urgent need for these services, the solicitation schedule has been reduced. Bids must be received within seven (7) business days to avoid delay in project completion. Project is needed as soon as possible and must be completed no later than August 31, 2021. Respondents shall include a project schedule in their proposal. Delivery schedule may be a factor in determining award.
