The description and location of the project is as follows: For the improvement of a certain section of State Highway In Clearfield County, Morris Township, Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania, State Route 2036, Section A03. The project being situated as follows: On State Route 2036 (Powell Street) from Segment 0010/Offset 0385 to Segment 0010/Offset 0970. For the removal of the existing Single-Span Steel Rolled Beam Bridge and construction of its replacement Single Span Comp P/S Concrete Spread Box Beam Bridge. A detour is to be used for traffic control. Approach work consisting of superpave asphalt mixture designs for the base, binder, and wearing courses, guide rail, pavement markings, and miscellaneous construction for a construction length of approximately 385 feet (0.07 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings. DBE goal 4%. Prequalification requried.
