The Contractor shall furnish all materials and labor, equipment, tools and other facilities and services, as required for the construction of the improvements. The improvements to be performed at the manor house include removing and replacing the slate roof, boarding up all of the existing windows and doors, re-pointing/replacing missing brickwork, as well as several structural repairs to the joists and stairs. Bidders must be pre-qualified in Harford County Procurement Category E3 - Historic Restoration in order to be considered for this project. Location of Work: Emily Bayless Graham Park, 15 W Wheel Rd., Bel Air, Md. 21014. Bonds required.
