The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit bids from interested and qualified Vendors for cleaning and removal services for encampment sites, site contracting vehicles, recreational vehicles (RVs), and hygiene stations. This includes the collection and disposal of litter, trash, debris, hazardous waste, and the removal of tents and structures. The City intends to award a pool of eligible, qualified and competitive contracts for these products and/or services. The City may place orders with any of the resultant contract vendors, selecting the vendor the City wishes to use in any manner that the City department placing the order chooses. Prevailing wages.
