The Work generally consists of furnishing all tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, labor and material necessary to perform and complete all work in a good and workmanlike manner. The project is a park development project. The City reserves the right to accept the bids and or reject all the bids. As part of the Work, the Contractor shall furnish and assume full responsibility for everything required for the orderly progress and proper execution and completion of the Work, whether temporary or permanent and whether or not incorporated into the Work including, but not limited to, drawings, materials, equipment, labor including subcontractor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, and other facilities, incidentals, and performing all operation necessary and required inconformity with the requirements in the specifications and plans. The Contractor shall perform and complete assigned work including all demolition, construction services, supervision, administrative services, coordination of all Subcontractors, tests, inspections, and other items that are necessary to and appropriate for the finishing, equipping and functioning of the facilities and structures, together with all additional, collateral and incidental work and services required for the completion of the provision of the Work.
