Sealed proposals are being requested by the San Antonio Water System (SAWS) to procure the capabilities of an End Point Installation (EPI) vendor (Vendor, Respondent, Contractor or Offeror to be used interchangeably throughout this RFCSP) to support the installation of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) communications modules and water meters for Full System Wide Deployment (FSWD). In addition, the EPI vendor will be required to implement its Work Order Management System (WOMS) and support End Point Installation Services activities through Full System Wide Deployment (FSWD) by mobilizing its workforce to complete the AMI communications module and meter installation across SAWS service area. Initial questions are due by 2:00 PM on Feb 24th. A second set of questions will be received until 2:00 PM (CST) on March 10, 2023. The Respondent is required to submit a Good Faith Effort Plan for all subcontractors and suppliers as part of the proposal. Various completion dates are anticipated based on varying scenarios.
