This project proposes balanced multi-modal user enhancements to ECR from Arenal Road to La Costa Avenue utilizing complete streets concepts.Primary aspects of Scope of Services include, but are not limited to:1.Right-of-Way Verification 2.Preliminary Engineering Design 3.Environmental Studies 4.The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Process / Initial Study (IS) / Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) / Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Preparation 5.Coordination with Resource Agencies and Environmental Permitting Process 6. Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) Permit Requirements for Storm Water Quality 7.Land Surveying 8.Geotechnical Services 9.Roadway Engineering Design 10. Bridge Widening and Structural Design 11.Traffic Signal Modification 12.Transit Improvements 13.Bidding and Construction Support Services 14.As-Builts The Project scope shall include at a minimum storm water design with hydraulic calculations and hydrology report, water quality management plans (WQMP), storm water quality management plan (SWQMP, E-35), a standard project requirement checklist (E-36), and storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the California Water Boards requirements .Q&A due by 05/27/20.
