Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (“EVMWD”) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for engineering design services for a project that will create an intertie connection with Eastern Municipal Water District and provide EVMWD with system reliability and redundancy within the Canyon Lake area. The Interconnection will have a bidirectional meter installed to enable either water district to supply water in an emergency water situation. Provide engineering design and services including comprehensive utility search, easement documents, right-of-way documents, contract documents including plans and specifications, surveying services, geotechnical services, permit acquisition for design and construction, detailed construction cost estimate, and other engineering services Questions are due by 10:00 am on Oct 4th. Anticipated start date is Dec 5, 2022. Prevailing wages.
