The City of Hollywood is seeking to acquire the professional engineering services of a minimum of three (3) and up to a maximum of five (5) highly qualified firms meeting all the requirements. The firm meeting the overall requirements through the RFQ process will be the selected firm to provide complete structural reviews and engineering design, and develop project costs for presentation to the City Commission, prepare specifications for bid documents, as well as provide construction administration services of the design to the City for structural evaluation/rehabilitation of three City parking garages listed below: Van Buren Garage, 251 S. 20th Avenue (632 spaces) Radius Garage, 251 N. 19th Avenue (700 spaces) Garfield Garage, 300 Connecticut Street (403 spaces). This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
