The Douglas County Parks, Trails and Building Grounds Division, hereinafter referred to as PT&BG, respectfully requests bids from responsible and qualified firms for the construction of the Entertainment District Trail, from Park Meadows Drive west to the existing soft surface trail. The successful bidder shall provide all materials, machinery, and labor necessary to complete this project. This project will include, but not be limited to, the construction of a concrete trail, all necessary grading, sediment and erosion control components, modular block retaining walls, tree plantings, irrigation, seeding, and clean up. Bonds required. Bonds required.
