These services may include but not limited to resident engineering, construction inspection, CPM scheduling services, cost estimating, field survey services, evaluation of contractor claims, pre-bid construct-ability reviews, PLA feasibility studies, value analysis, and construction related technical services. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
