Scope: Floor preparation and installation of a built up epoxy floor coating for the following rooms: 156 Hose tower storage, 155 Gear Room, 154 SCBA, 153 Laundry, 152 Decon, 149 App Bay 1, 150 EMS Storage, 148 Restroom, and 145 App Bay 2. All quantities are the responsibility of the bidder. Installation must be in accordance with the attached specifications. The Following scopes are to be included in this proposal: Preparation of Subfloor to allow for epoxy installation, installation and finishing of epoxy flooring, (5) year warranty from Substantial Completion, prep, and caulk at all floor to wall joint to be included in this bid, and epoxy coating to be applied 8’’ up wall at all block locations. The attached specification is intended to be the basis for design. It is not intended to be proprietary and all manufacturers that meet the design specifications will be considered by owner. Installation will be late August 2021.Prevailing wages
