The District seeks Proposals from Lease-Leaseback Entities interested in providing Lease-Leaseback services for the Sequoia Upgrades/Nursing Addition at Evergreen Valley College ("EVC"). The Sequoia Upgrades/Nursing Addition is located on the Northeast corner of the campus, adjacent to Acacia building, Student Parking Lots 6, and in proximity to the Visual Performing Arts building. The District plans to upgrade the interior finishes of instructional spaces, restrooms, and halls within the existing Main Building. The new Nursing Addition will imitate a sterile corridor in an intensive care unit of a hospital, or clinic area. This will be a two-story facility, double-loaded corridor, with observation booths for professors into the simulation lab spaces. This Nursing Addition will not be used for patient health services and does not need to meet requirements necessary to provide patient care, nor is OSHPD conformance required. The design team is currently finding a creative solution to connect the Main Building and Nursing Addition. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
