This project consists of the construction of 5’ sidewalk on the west side of Jason Road from Tillery Road to Chalmer Street, the west side of Elwood Road from Norvell Road to Mariner Boulevard, the east side of Lamson Avenue from Norvell Road to Hearth Road, the south side of Timbercrest Road from Landover Boulevard to Elwood Road and the east side of Landover Boulevard from Northcliffe Boulevard to Norvell Road. Includes, but not limited to, Right of Way (ROW) survey locating, handrails, striping, existing sign removal/relocate, new sign installation and sodding. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
