Professionally prepare and paint Fire Headquarters building or approximately 5,250 square feet per specifications and instructions. Repair spalling crack per RFP instructions. Successful bidder will need proper contractor’s or specialty license, register as a vendor in Monroe County, FL, a Business Tax License, Workers Compensation Insurance and Liability Insurance that names Monroe County BOCC as additionally insured on their insurance policies. All Requests for Information (RFI) are due by Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 3:00 p.m., submitted to Michele Safos at: safosmichele@monroecounty-fl.gov. Late requests will not be accepted.
