The proposed Work shall include but not be limited to the following: dry rot repairs and new exterior paint at the City owned, two (2) story, Elk Grove Library building located at 8900 Elk Grove Boulevard, Elk Grove, CA 95624. The Work includes preparation of the substrate prior to applying any new primers or paint: complete all dry rot repairs, remove plexiglass covering over main entrance, hammer in loose nails, remove all light fixtures, and clean all surfaces. New paint shall be applied to match all existing exterior surfaces: stucco, wood, metals and cap flashing and excludes all brick surfaces. The Work also includes re-attaching all adhesives to all window grids and repair damaged bricks. Q&A due by 01/15/21 at 5pm. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
