The mechanical contractor shall subcontract with a licensed mold remediation contractor to provide all labor, materials, supervision and necessary equipment to effectively and safely remove mold and mold contaminated materials from the air handling units, their associated duct systems and building materials throughout the FWRI Building F. All abated items that are removed shall be replaced with new materials/assemblies to match the existing adjacent construction.
