The Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted via live stream tool (Microsoft Teams).

The Contractor shall design and fabricate one complete set of the fluidized bed incinerator (herein FBI or incinerator) refractory lined ductwork, which includes the FBI top plenum; crossover duct connecting the FBI top plenum to the heat exchanger top plenum; the heat exchanger top plenum; the crossover expansion joints; and, the heat exchanger bottom plenum (refer to Exhibit A-1).
