The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide Design Engineering Services to prepare two separate sets of construction documents for the Fairgrounds and Dexter Wastewater Lift Stations.The Fairgrounds wastewater lift station is located at 3991 Fairgrounds Street. The existing station was constructed in 1966 and it is currently equipped with two 5-hp Fairbanks Morse 230- volt three phase motors. The City desires to: Replace the existing lift station with a new lift station conforming to the City’s Sewage Lift Station and Force Main guidelines. The Dexter wastewater lift station is located at 2981 Dexter Drive, behind the American Legion Building. The existing Vaughan vertical chopper pumps were installed in the early 1990s replacing the vertical non-clog pumps. The Vaughan chopper pumps are rated for 170 gpm, at 20 TDH. The lift station was constructed in 1968. The City desires to: Replace the existing lift station with a new lift station conforming to the City’s Sewage Lift Station and Force Main guidelines Q&A due by 09/10/20 at 2PM.
