The Project scope includes, but not limited to, demolition, two new play areas, half‐court basketball, dog park areas for both small and large dogs, picnic areas, open lawn area, natural meadow, drainage and stormwater system, pathways, site furnishings, walls, fencing, public restroom and a small parking lot, as shown on the drawings and specifications. Construction Duration: Twelve (12) months. Last opportunity to submit questions will be April 23, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
