Contract provides for the improvement of Fairview Road from MP 5.13 to MP 5.42 by widening the road and by installing a new box culvert and realigning Coleman Creek through the reach to reduce the number of roadway crossings. The Work consists of installing a new box culvert, constructing new stream channel, removing existing stream crossing structures, filling existing stream channel, temporary stream diversion, landscape restoration, grading, guardrail, traffic control and other work.
