The City of Camilla is requesting bids for Labor and Material for the installation of approximately 487' (four hundred eighty seven feet) of 5' (five foot) High Commercial Grade Ameristar Ornamental Fencing or equivalent with Two 5' (five foot) Wide Arched Gates for the Marietta Street side and one 16' (sixteen foot) Double Gate for the Palmer Street side. All gates shall be lockable. The vendor is required to provide a materials list with the bid. The vendor is responsible for removing and disposal of all existing fence (excluding fencing around playground equipment). The vendor agrees to guarantee fence to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year. The vendor shall follow local zoning regulations and obtain any permits required by the City of Camilla. The City of Camilla will mark where corner post shall be placed for the new fencing. The vendor will assume responsibility for having underground public utilities located (811) and marked. If a utility is located in the area, the City of Camilla and vendor will agree on any modification on site.
