The Work encompassed by the Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but in general consists of, but is not limited to, the following Work: renovation of vacant land into public city park, including walking trail, pedestrian bridge, new landscaping, seating areas, public right away improvements and custom playground to decrease impermeable surfaces and runoff, and enhance opportunities for stormwater infiltration management. Project also include off-site improvements.
