In general, the scope of this contract shall be on-call services for a field renovations program for the Harford County Parks and Recreation (P&R), to provide various field renovations on P&R sites Countywide. Typical projects include grading, seeding, sodding, top dressing, aeration, baseball infield work, fertilizing, watering and maintenance during grow-in period. Q&A due 5pm, 06/15/2021.
