The goal of the Project is to design and construct the water conveyance facilities which includes raw water and finished water pipelines that connect the existing water supply conduits to the Filtration Facility Project near its property boundary. The proposed Filtration Facility Project will design and construct a water filtration facility on a 90+ acre property owned by the OWNER which is located near the intersection of SE Cottrell Road and SE Carpenter Lane near Gresham, Oregon. Bond Required. Prevailing Wages.
