Vendors shall attend one of the two scheduled mandatory pre-proposal conferences and be on time. The mandatory Pre-Proposal Conferences will be commence at the front entrance of the Lake County Administration Building, 315 W. Main Street, Tavares, Florida. Mandatory Pre-Proposal conferences have been scheduled for the following dates and times: Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. sharp or Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. sharp
Contractor shall be responsible for design, engineering, permitting, and installation of a fire alarm system in three facilities in downtown Tavares, Florida, including the Sheriff’s Administration building located at 360 Ruby Street, the Historical Courthouse located at 317 W. Main Street, and the County Administration building located at 315 W. Main Street, which includes the 75 Energy Plant. bonds.
