The City of Port Orange is soliciting sealed Bids to acquire the services for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to prepare the site, construct a foundation, and to erect the Public Safety Training Facility. The training facility is a prefabricated, 5-story steel structure that requires certification from the manufacturer to erect. Arrangements shall be made by the successful bidder to provide the manpower and equipment to take delivery of and properly store on the project site, the prefabricated training facility structure. Bidders must be a commercial contractor entity licensed to do business in the State of Florida and perform the services identified herein and properly registered and licensed to provide the goods or services identified in the scope of work, by all applicable state and local agencies. Bidders shall provide documentation that demonstrates experience in the erection and installation of similar structures.
