This project includes the replacement of two (2) split system air conditioning units, including gas-fired furnaces, evaporator coils and condensing units with new units of the same type and capacity, replacement of one (1) existing ductless split system air conditioning unit with a new system of the same type and capacity; replacement of nine (9) existing gas-fired unit heaters with new unit heaters of the same type and capacity; and replacement of five (5) existing ceiling exhaust fans with new fans of the same type and capacity. The work also includes all electrical, sheet metal, piping, controls and insulation work associated with the replacements.
