Scope of demolition and removal work. Project lay-down area and access shall be as shown on the Drawings. Provide pallets to protect concrete/asphalt from heavy or sharp edged equipment. Protect floors inside the building along the path of access and construction with rubber mats. Protect doors, door jams and facings, building corners, and other exposed edges with Ramboard-style coverings. Protect existing furnishes. Owner will not remove. Provide new fire protection (sprinkler) system for existing Buildings 100, 200, and 600. Provide clean agent system(s) where indicated on drawings. Modify walls of existing toilet room and adjacent closet to create new fire entrance room. Provide new in-ground pit for fire protection service valves. Provide new underground piping for fire protection water service. Remove and replace existing ceiling as required to support the sprinkler installation. Provide electrical work to support fire protection system installation.
