The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: Demolition of existing site features such as concrete walkways and drive aisles. Modifications to existing site utilities. Construction of new drive aisles and site access aprons. Construction of Fire Fighting Simulator, a four-story pre-engineered structure. The project also includes one Alternate comprised of the construction of a single-story brick on block Training Building with two restrooms, janitor's closet, and vestibule. Bid bond required.
